What is Canva?

Canva is a free online editing tool that allows you to customise your template right in your browser – no need to download software or install fonts. You can use it on a desktop, laptop, or mobile device.

Can I try it before buying?

Absolutely! Look for the “Try the Free Demo” link in the product description.

Do the templates expire?

Nope! Once purchased, your template is yours forever for personal use.


PURCHASING & AFTERCARE

How will I receive my template?

After purchasing, you'll receive an with a link to access and edit your template this will arrive within 24 hours.

How many times can I download & print my template?

As many times as you need! All templates are for personal use only and cannot be resold or shared.

What can I edit?

Pretty much everything!

  • Text – change fonts, colours, size, and placement.

  • Backgrounds – switch colours or upload your own images.

  • Graphics & elements – move, resize, or delete.

Can I save my work and come back later?

Yes! Canva autosaves your progress, so you can return to edit whenever you need.


SOFTWARE & USABILITY

Do I need special software?

Nope! Canva works right in your web browser – no downloads, no font installations, no fuss!

Can I edit on my phone or tablet?

Should I print at home or use a print shop?

What paper should I use?

  • 100–300 GSM cardstock for invitations & stationery.

  • Glossy or matte finishes depending on your style preference.

  • Ask your printer for a sample pack before committing to a bulk order.


TROUBLESHOOTING

I haven’t received my access link!

Your Canva access link should arrive at the time of purchase. If you can’t find it:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder.

  2. Ensure you used the correct email at checkout.

  3. Still no luck? Contact us at and we’ll resend it!

My text is cut off – what do I do?

If text is missing or cut off, try these fixes:

  • Reduce the font size.

  • Move text boxes slightly to adjust spacing.

  • Ensure no elements overlap your text.

I can’t resize my template!

Templates are pre-set to specific dimensions. If you need a different size, please contact us at info@harleighsavannastudios.com and we’ll assist you!

Can I get a refund?

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final, and refunds/exchanges are not available. Please check the free demo before purchasing to ensure it meets your needs.
